FROM DC: I-95 S to RICHMOND. I-64 E (EXIT 75) towards WILLIAMSBURG/NORFOLK. Take the 3RD STREET exit towards COLISEUM / DOWNTOWN. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N 3RD ST. Turn LEFT onto E BROAD ST.
